This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for ResumeAutopsy(the “Service”). Please read it before making a purchase. Our goal is to be fair and straightforward—if the Service isn’t right for you, we make it easy to cancel and to request a refund.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
We honor refund requests made within 14 daysof your charge. This applies to your trial charge, your first subscription payment, and one-time report purchases. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
2. Cancel Anytime in One Click
You can cancel your subscription at any time in one click from your account page. Cancellation stops all future billing—you will not be charged again—and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no need to email us to cancel.
3. How Billing Works
- The paid 7-day trial converts to a recurring monthly subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until canceled.
- One-time report purchases are a single charge with no recurring billing.
- All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team at support@resumeautopsy.com. Please include the email address associated with your account and the date of the charge so we can locate your payment quickly. We aim to respond to every request within two business days.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid features tied to that purchase may end.
6. Your Legal Rights
This policy is offered in addition to—and does not limit—any refund rights you may have under applicable law. Where local law grants you broader rights, those rights apply.
