We honor refund requests made within 14 daysof your charge. This applies to your trial charge, your first subscription payment, and one-time report purchases. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in one click from your account page. Cancellation stops all future billing—you will not be charged again—and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no need to email us to cancel.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid features tied to that purchase may end.
